I originally got into fitness to get bigger, faster, and stronger for specific sports that I played. From that moment I fell in love with the process of maintaining a healthy body which allows me to do the things I love most today.
I started coaching because I noticed in my own journey that fitness is not something you “have to do” it is something we have the privilege to do with a great community. So what better way is there than to share that with people then getting to teach them.
